Nestled in the Warehouse District of West Palm Beach, this mid-rise apartment building boasts a neo-industrial facade adorned with stone and metal accents. Select balconies and the parking garage showcase vibrant murals, while prominent roof signs add to its distinctive appeal. Inside, the inviting community rooms open up to a courtyard reminiscent of a resort, adorned with palm trees and anchored by an infinity pool. The courtyard also features a cabana and outdoor kitchen.
